About Me

Dr. Caryl Ann (CA) Tolchinsky has spent the past 30 + years working as an educator, coach & administrator. She is a faculty member at Northeastern University and Nova Southeastern University, where she is the Director of Student Success and Learning Excellence & Assistant Professor at the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine (NSU MD). Dr. Tolchinsky holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sec Ed – Communications from Kutztown University (PA). She earned her Master of Science degree in Reading Instruction from Georgia State University (GA) and her Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University (FL). She has coached at the College and high school levels and has presented at All Star cheer gyms on how to cheer at the college level. She was nominated for the State of GA cheer coach of the year and was selected as the Florida High School Athletic Association All State Cheerleading Team coach. Tolchinsky also conducted a Varsity webinar on “Coaching the Net Gen Student Athlete,” presented at Varsity Leadership Webinar Series, virtually. She was named in "Who's Who among College Cheerleading Coaches" by American Cheerleader Magazine. Her college cheerleading team was Varsity.com's November's "Cheer Squad of the Month."
